Dates
The Forum will be held on Thursday the 16th and Friday the 17th of
November 2006 in
Lemesos (Limassol), Cyprus.
Conference Venue
The Conference will be held at the
Hawaii Grand Hotel
& Resort, a five star hotel situated 11 Km from the town centre of
Lemesos (Limassol) at the exclusive Amathus area, 55 km from Larnaka
International Airport and 70 km from Pafos International Airport.

The conference centre can accommodate up to
1200 delegates.
A fully equipped Business Centre with the latest advances in business
telecommunication and technology will be available to all delegates.
Working Languages
There will be four working languages for which simultaneous
interpretation will be provided: Greek, English, French, German.
Registration
No registration fees are applicable. Registration for all delegates -
locals and non-locals - includes access to all the sessions and
workshops, to the lunch on the
16th of November and the three coffee breaks.
For non-locals registration also includes the
dinner on the 16th of November, as well as all visits and excursions.
All Applicants - locals and non-locals - are
requested to fully complete and submit their
Registration Form either electronically or by fax at +357 22691257 )
until 7th of November.
A confirmation note will be sent in return by CTO. Only those delegates
registering through the official registration procedures indicated
above, will be considered as participants.
Registered non-local participants are
requested to confirm their arrival at the Forum’s Hospitality desks
located at the lobby of the three designated Forum hotels as from 14:30
- 23:00 hours on Wednesday 15th of November. A Central
Registration/Hospitality desk, located at the Conference Hall (Hawaii
Grand Hotel & Resort), will be available also on Thursday 16th of
November from 08:00 o’ clock onwards.
Access
Access to the Conference Venue and to the Social events is restricted
exclusively to delegates and accompanying persons wearing the Forum
Badge.
Local Transfers
A "Meet and Assist" service will be offered to all delegates arriving at Larnaka and Pafos International Airports.
Transfers will be offered to all participants
from and to Larnaka and Pafos International Airports, on a complimentary
basis.
Moreover, at the Arrival halls of the two
aforementioned airports the CTO Tourist Information Offices which
operate between 08:15 – 23:00 daily, will be running as the Forum’s
hospitality airport desks.
Participants staying at the three designated
Forum hotels will be offered complimentary, return transportation to the
Conference Venue during the sessions. A shuttle bus service will also
operate during the Conference on an hourly basis as from 10:00 a.m.
onwards.
Transportation from the forum designated
hotels will be provided to all delegates and accompanying persons
participating in the social programme events.
Social Programme
A social programme including a
“Cyprus Night”, at the Lanitis Old Carob Mill in Lemesos (Limassol) town centre, excursions and visits, will be offered to
all non-local
participants and accompanying persons, on a complimentary basis.
Hotel Reservations
Applicants are requested to make their accommodation arrangements
(booking, reservation and confirmation) directly
to the Forum designated hotels which are located at the exclusive Amathus area - Lemesos
(Limassol):
It is brought to the attention of the
delegates that they are fully responsible for making their own
accommodation arrangements.
