Registration

No registration fees are applicable. Registration for all delegates - locals and non-locals - includes access to all the sessions and workshops, to the lunch on the 16th of November and the three coffee breaks.
For non-locals registration also includes the dinner on the 16th of November, as well as all visits and excursions.

All Applicants - locals and non-locals - are requested to fully complete and submit their Registration Form either electronically or by fax at +357 22691257. A confirmation note will be sent in return by CTO. Only those delegates registering through the official registration procedures indicated above, will be considered as participants.

Registered non-local participants are requested to confirm their arrival at the Forum’s Hospitality desks located at the lobby of the three designated Forum hotels as from 14:30 - 23:00 hours on Wednesday 15th of November. A Central Registration/Hospitality desk, located at the Conference Hall (Hawaii Grand Hotel & Resort), will be available also on Thursday 16th of November from 8:00 o’ clock onwards.
