Accommodation

Upon receipt of registration confirmation, delegates are requested to contact directly the hotel of their choice. The designated Forum Hotels are:

Hotel Booking Forms can be found by clicking on the corresponding "Registration Form" links above and should be sent to the hotel by fax not later than the 7th November 2006. Requests for accommodation will be dealt with on a first come first served basis. Any reservation requests made after this date will be dealt with subject to availability.
